Patricia is very professional in her dealings with me as a client. She definitely knows her stuff and is able to explain to me in simple terms the things that I need to understand. She is very patient and diligent and I always feel “special” because she promptly returns my calls, and if she does not know the answer to some of my questions she does not pretend to be a “know-it-all” expert, but will admit her uncertainty or lack of knowledge, then will come back to me soon with the right answers.
